CruciBold – In-House Leadership Program for Women
TalentNomics India offers in-house programs for organisations interested in building and strengthening their internal pipelines of women leaders.
The program follows the 4Cs approach and focusses on enhancing of the Capability, Confidence, Credibility & Connection of the participants to take on global leadership roles.
CruciBold is a holistic leadership learning initiative for mid-to-senior level women for organisations keen on developing their leadership pipeline and building diversity at senior levels. Providing mentorship and training to groups of 8-10 women in the organisations has proven to bring significant benefits, in terms of the growth in confidence and capabilities of participants as well the ripple effect they create for rest of the organisation.
The Leadership and Mentoring Program is customised based on every organisation’s culture and needs of the potential leaders. The duration of the program varies from 3 to 9 months.
During the course of the program, participants get to interact with a handpicked group of global leaders and hold insightful discussions on different aspects of leveraging their leadership potential. As part of the program, they will learn from each other and are also guided through one to one mentoring by a TalentNomics India assigned mentor.
